Jefferson Memorial Forest invites families and nature enthusiasts to its annual Open House on Saturday, December 1, from 10 am until 3 pm in the Welcome Center. Support the Forest by shopping for holiday gifts, enjoy refreshments, peruse trails, play on the natural playground, or keep cozy inside by the fire.
Volunteers will guide kids through easy crafts while they wait for special guest Santa Claus at Noon.
The Jefferson Memorial Forest Welcome Center is located at 11311 Mitchell Hill Road in Fairdale.
