Thanksgiving is all about letting your family know how thankful you are for them, catching up with friends you haven’t seen all year, tasting grandma’s delicious turkey recipe and of course, washing sky-high piles of dirty dishes. So to cut out this last dreaded holiday tradition, why not give your kitchen sink a break this year and celebrate Thanksgiving out! And what better place than a local Louisville favorite like the Bristol Bar & Grille!

    What to Wear:

All five Bristol Bar & Grille locations offer a beautifully classic dining environment which is perfect for casual attire. However, because this local restaurant chain is offering a holiday special, don’t hesitate to throw on that fancy Thanksgiving outfit you’ve had picked out for weeks.

    Where to Park:

Each Bristol location offers a different parking situation. For the Bardstown Road and Main Street locations, plenty of street parking is available and is often offered for free on nearby side streets. The Hurstbourne Parkway, Prospect and Jeffersonville locations all offer parking lots for their guests.

    What to Order:

Though each Bristol Bar & Grille shares similar menus, they all offer unique dishes unavailable at other locations. However, rather than ordering your own delicious entrée this Thanksgiving, we recommend sticking with the Bristol’s special Thanksgiving buffet.

You can count on finding all of your traditional holiday favorites on the buffet this year, including perfectly roasted turkey, savory stuffing, mouth-watering sweet potatoes and scrumptious pumpkin pie. And don’t talk yourself out of going back for a second helping, everything on the buffet was prepared with the freshest local ingredients available so you can feel a little better about that second plate full.

    How Much:

The Bristol Bar & Grille’s buffet-style Thanksgiving Day special is $25.95 for adults and $7.95 for children.

    Wait Time:

On a typical night at the Bristol, guests may wait up to 30 minutes for a table depending on the location. However, to prevent overcrowding for Thanksgiving this year, the Bristol is taking reservations to ensure guests can dine as soon as they arrive without having to wait. Simply call the location you wish to celebrate Thanksgiving at to make your reservation.
