    Bit to Do

The Drunken Pumpkin is back this year at Great Flood Brewing Co. What exactly does that mean? It means they’re offering up a wonderful selection of pumpkin beers with Schlafly Pumpkin, Smuttynouse Pumpkin, Southern Tier Pumpking and Southern Tier Warlock all on tap. They also have Unita Punk’n available in cans. Flights are available of all four tapped beers for only $9. And, of course, they have plenty of other beers available, too.

So, if you've been waiting all year for Fall and the season of everything-pumpkin-flavored (like myself), then here's your chance! Head on over to Bardstown Rd., grab a pumpkin beer and pick a spot on one of the couches or many bar-style tables. Don’t worry about food — when you get hungry, you can order or carry-in from your favorite restaurant. And if you run out of conversation topics, there’s a small selection of board games to choose from on a bookshelf by the couches. I suggest creating your own drinking game with Scrabble.

The Drunken Pumpkin will go on as long as the beer lasts, so you better hurry! Once it’s out, they’ll be sure to keep at least one pumpkin beer on tap through the season.
