    Bit to Do

    1. Vintage Valentines from Crazy Daisy Antique Mall

Crazy Daisy is an incredible place to get presents and an awesome place to just wander around. They have a whole case of vintage cards and Valentines.

    2. Jewelry from Work the Metal

I have a pair of faux pearl earring my husband bought for me from Work the Metal, and I wear them at least once a week. You don't have to break the bank to get some beautiful, local jewelry.

    3. Chocolates from Cellar Door

Check out Louisville.com's article about the Cellar Door's Valentine's Day offerings here. That anatomically correct chocolate heart would melt my non-chocolate heart.

    4. Cooking classes at Cooking at the Cottage

Located right off Lexington Road, Cooking at the Cottage is a great place to book a great date. You go with your honey (or your friend, or your  mom!) and learn to cook an amazing meal, which you then eat. They have all kinds of creative classes lined up for the winter and spring, so take advantage!

    5. Cookies delivered from Please & Thank You

For $25 you can have two ooey-gooey Please & Thank You cookies delivered to him or her, along with a mix cd (last year's mix included Forever in Blue Jeans) and a long-stem rose. So romantic!

    6. A mug from Louisville Stoneware

The fleur-de-lis is supposed to be a symbol of Louisville (how did that happen anyway?) and the mugs at Louisville Stoneware make a perfect, unique Valentine's Day present.

    7. Flavored Sugars from Bourbon Barrel Foods

Nothing says "you're sweet" like the gift of bourbon smoked sugar, mint julep sugar, and bourbon vanilla sugar. Delicious present for your foodie Valentine.

Any other ideas? Leave them in the comments!
