I'm not sure you are aware of what this means, but for me it's the best news I've heard in a while. Since 2006 Cold War Kids have been, and are, one of my favorite rips. While Houndmouth's album drops today, along with Queens of the Stone Age, this still trumps that.
Fortunately, I've been able to see CWK numerous times but most recently had to trek to Nashville on a Tuesday only to be greeted with the best set I've ever heard them play. If you've never heard of them, well, I'm not sure we can be friends anymore or you should keep following my brilliant reviews.
Of course I'm kidding as I adore my thousands of fans, but get your head out and start from the beginning with 'Robbers and Cowards'. Call me when you're done, perhaps we can speak, and maybe I'll tell you a story.
