Beth enters and then nearly destroys a marriage in Til Beth Do Us Part, which opens at Shelby County Community Theatre this week.
Til Beth Do Us Part will take place on June 1, 2, 8, and 9 at 7:30 p.m. each night. Matinee shows will go on June 3 and 10 at 2:30 p.m. each day. All performances are to happen at the Shelby County Community Theatre, located at 801 Main Street in downtown Shelbyville.
Tickets for each show are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors over 62 years of age, and $10 for students. Due to limited space, reservations are strongly recommended and can be made by calling 502-633-0242.
Til Beth Do Us Part features Beth essentially causing chaos in the marriage between Suzannah and Gibby, which is strained already. Beth is Suzannah's assistant, although Beth is looking for more than just that job. The marriage is tested, and the audience will be treated to a family-friendly comedy.
Chris Wise directed the production, which Jesse Jones, Nicholas Hope, and Jamie Wooten created.
Following Til Beth will be A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. That production will run in July. More information can be found at the Shelby County Community Theatre website.
