13 Places to Take a Yoga Class for Five Bucks
    Print this page

Yoga decreases your stress and increases your sense of well-being, but having to shell out a stack of cash for a class can really harsh your mellow. And if you want to be able to do it more than once a week, the bill can really add up. And when there are two or more of you who want to go together, sadly, the cost can prevent you from being as active as you'd like. If you're like me, and you're a fan of keeping fit with yoga, but you're also a cheapskate, you'll be pleased to know that there are tons of opportunities all over Louisville to take yoga classes with a variety of instructors for five bucks. Yup, five bucks a class, no strings, no commitments.

Grab your mat, try a few of these $5 classes, and let me know which are your favorites. Maybe I'll see you there. I'll be in the back row.

    About Kachina Shaw

A transplanted Hawkeye, I've now lived in Louisville longer than any other city. Can't live without: my husband and fur babies, coal-black coffee, peanut M&Ms, sunflowers, monthly vacations, books, walking paths, massage and a big purse.
