Five Places to Take a Zumba Class for Five Bucks or Less

Zumba, the fusion dance exercise program, isn’t new, but a lot of folks haven’t tried it yet. It’s time, people. Sure, you can do it at home with a DVD, but it’s a whole different experience in a group setting. Trust me, I’ve tried both. Zumba classes attract folks who hate to exercise, but love to dance, people who hate the intimidating and boring gym scene, and social butterflies. Once the music gets going, and hips start wiggling, the hour flies by. Boom, workout done!

You can get started with a Zumba class for less than the cost of that DVD. Check out these no strings attached Zumba classes around Louisville for $5 or less. Don’t be shy – you’ll fall in love with it.
