1559 Bardstown Road
They have tons of toddler and parent classes, including a Toddler Yoga class on Saturdays. Sign up online – it’s $10 for a drop-in rate or you can purchase the Toddler Fun Class card. Find them on Facebook for lots of information.
700 Block of East Market Street, behind The Green Building
This wellness studio in NuLu offers a variety of yoga classes, from baby and toddler yoga, to family yoga and hoop dance yoga for older kids and tweens. Check out their schedule here.
Babyology
3934 Dutchmans Lane
This store in St. Matthews is primarily a breastfeeding and maternity support site, but they do bring in a plethora of instructors to teach all sorts of classes. Their Babies and Toddlers on the Move is geared for babies ages 6 months and up.
Owltree Yoga
1914 Mellwood Avenue
Priding themselves on being the only prenatal yoga studio in Louisville, this is your stop for prenatal, postnatal, baby, and toddler yoga for children of very young ages. See their website for all of their class offerings.
107 Crescent Avenue
They offer a Yoga for the Special Child which emphasizes using yoga with children with cerebral palsy, ADHD, ADD, Down Syndrome, Autism, and others. Call 502-612-0851 for more specifics.
2210 Dundee Road
This studio has offered yoga play dates in the past; check their Facebook page for similar upcoming events.
YMCA of Greater Louisville
Check out the schedule for one of the 12 locations of YMCA of Greater Louisville. Many locations offer some form of yoga, for instance there is a Family Yoga class offered at YMCA at Norton Commons.
Some of the community centers with the Louisville Metro Parks Department offer yoga or health fitness classes for children. Sun Valley Community Center has some classes that match this description. It is located at 6505 Bethany Lane.
