Are you a master yogi? Or perhaps you’re just a regular yogi; you might even be an amateur yogi who shows up at your local gym once or twice a week. If you would like to get out this week and be a part of the largest yoga demonstration in the history of Louisville – then make your way downtown this Thursday, April 23rd at 5:30 PM for Na’ma-stay on 4th Street!

Brought to you by Lululemon Athletica, Meredith Conroy will be leading the class and the more the merrier is the idea. They will be closing the street to traffic, and the cost is free for anyone wanting to participate. Ben Sollee will be on-hand to perform a serene and soothing soundtrack while everyone contorts in the middle of the street. There will be drink and dinner specials at different 4th Street establishments after the event.

    About Brent Owen

Born and raised in Louisville, I have lived here most of my life (except during a short furlough, when I, lovelorn and naive, followed a girl to Baton Rouge). My roots are here, my family, my friends, and my life are all here. I work primarily as a free-lance writer for a few local and regional publications. I have also written two books (one a memoir, the other a novel) that barring some divine intervention, will probably never see the light of day. I find myself deeply ingrained in the local bar scene, or perhaps better said, I often indulge in the local drinking culture. I love music, movies, comedy, and really just about any other live performance art.
