    The historic Belle of Louisville will host Thanksgiving Riverside, an upscale buffet dinner served dockside on Thursday, November 24th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Legendary Lady will be transformed into a holiday wonderland, with live harp and strings music and traditional holiday decorations.

    The Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft (KMAC), located at 715 West Main Street, will host the 10th Annual Martinis & Mistletoe party on Thursday, December 8th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. This popular holiday event will include Finlandia martinis, appetizers, live seasonal music by John Austin Clark and friends, and special trunk shows by Kea Carpets and Kilims, and jewelry designer Summer Eliason. Guests can also shop from a huge selection of artwork in the Museum's award-winning Gallery Shop and Holidazzle exhibit.

    Join The Voice-Tribune for our Breeders' Cup Fascinator & Fedora contest tonight at Churchill Downs. The fashion contest will reward two race fans with $5,000 each; one wearing a fascinator and one wearing a fedora. All attendees are invited to participate. The contest takes place in the Aristides Garden located in the paddock area at Churchill Downs

BWD's New Albany office is relocating to the renovated space, which will house their Design Center and Showroom.     Local boutiques partner up with Susan G Komen for the cure, for the second annual Fashion Night Out benefitting Susan G. Komen for the Cure Louisville to take place tonight, October 26, 2011 at The Seelbach Hotel. This year, many of your favorite boutiques in Louisville are collaborating once more to create a night of fashion and fun that you won't want to miss.

    On Thursday, October 20, 2011 Ella Burnside, a seventeen year old, Louisville high-school senior put together an amazing event called Taking on Goliath which benefited Joyful Heart Foundation. What started her freshmen year at Christian Academy as a writing assignment has transpired into her passion and mission for Joyful Heart Foundation.

    The 38th annual Taste of Louisville presented by The Kentucky Restaurant Association, benefiting Community Health Charities took place on Monday, October 17, 2011 at the Mellwood Arts Center. Louisville Magazine and Taste of Louisville 2011 were the presenting sponsors for this tasting event. The Speakeasy theme is focusing on the Roaring 20's, with flappers, gangsters and jazz music galore.
