Youth take on the hilarious plight in You Can't Take It With You, which opens at Little Colonel Playhouse on Thursday.

You Can't Take It With You will go on July 19, 20, and 21 at 8 p.m. each night.  A matinee show will go on July 22 at 2:30 p.m.  All performances will happen at Little Colonel Playhouse, located at 302 Mt. Mercy Drive in Pewee Valley, KY.

Tickets for each show are $10 for adults, $7 for seniors, and $7 for students.  All tickets will be sold at the door.

You Can't Take It With You features the antics and independence of Grandpa Martin Vanderhof's family of idiosyncratic members.  When a much more conservative family comes in contact with them, hilarity and physical antics are sure to happen.

The show is part of a summer workshop at Little Colonel Playhouse for local youth.  Dustin and Kim Perry directed You Can't Take It With You, which Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman created.

More information on Little Colonel Playhouse can be found at its website.
