Louisville Standing Rock Benefit Concert | Kaiju

Falls City Beer Tasting | Westport Whiskey & Wine
Falls City Brewing Co. was formed in Louisville in 1905 when local tavern and grocery store owners began their own brewing operations as a way to break a local monopoly on beer production. After decades as a value brand, Falls City closed in 1978, but the brand was reborn as a craft beer in 2010. This event is a great time to meet Master Brewer Dylan Greenwood and taste his craft.

Muhammad Ali Tribute Exhibit | Muhammad Ali Center
With the passing of Muhammad Ali on June 3, 2016, the Ali Center will honor what would have been his 75th birthday with a special exhibition of tribute works. The Tribute Show allows the Center to showcase unique art pieces that are in our collection or on loan for this particular exhibition. On display will be a variety of art pieces in mediums from oils and acrylic to cut and dyed concrete paver, all creative pieces inspired by The Greatest. Open on MLK Jr. Day as well.

Louisville Rock Lottery | Headliners
Come out to Headliners this Saturday for the Rock Lottery! Twenty-five hand-picked local musicians will be randomly separated into five unique bands. These bands will have 12 hours to write 3-4 original songs and, if they wish, one cover song. At 10 p.m., all five bands arrive at Headliners and perform those songs to an eager audience. Proceeds will benefit local charity Shamrock Pet Foundation.
