    Roux: a taste of NOLA in Louisville.

    Strati Wild Italian: fast-casual Italian from the minds who  brought us Wild Eggs. 

    Coconut Beach Tacos and Cerveza: from the Martinez dream team comes tacos, beer, and a big party space close to Churchill and right across from Papa John's Stadium

    Now Closed: 

    Taco Punk: divisive farm-to-table tacos in Nulu no more.

    Papalino's on Baxter Avenue is closed, and "seeking new space."

    Baby D's Bagel & Deli is no more. 

    The Brewery is no more, will repoen as Ward 426.

    Opening Soon: 

    Rumplings Ramen and Dumplings will soon open in the space that was Baby D's.

    Fernando Martinez is opening an arepas shop in the space that was Papalino's on Baxter.

    Karter Louis is opening a to-go Hillbilly Tea on Baxter Avenue.

    Beer Engine is opening in Louisville.

    Butchertown's Porktoberfest is October 10 from 5 - 10 p.m. at Copper & Kings.

    Pig & Swig on Fourth Street Live! on October 11 from 2 - 6 will celebrate BBQ, bourbon and beer. 

    The Louisville Cocktail Competition is October 12 from 3 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and features some of the city's best bartenders, and food from Atlantic No. 5. 

    Harvest Homecoming is going on this weekend in New Albany, so make sure you get some pumpkin ice cream.

    La Coop has a new Fall menu.

    Bourbon's Bistro has a new Fall menu.

    Patrick O'Shea's has a new chef and a new menu. 

    Louisville Magazine's yearly EATS publication is on newstands now!
