This week we feature more adorable pets that are up for adoption at Louisville Metro Animal Services.

Bethany is a young female cat with a short haired black and white coat. She is spayed, up-to-date on routine shots, and is house-trained. If you are interested in Bethany please have her pet ID (A449549) ready.

Bop is a little male baby kitten with a medium coat hair with a coat color of black and white. Bop is neutered, up-to-date on routine shots, and is house-trained. If you are interested in Bop please have his pet ID (AA467714) on hand.

Meet Bridget! Bridget is a three-year-old female domestic long-hair cat with a big personality and she walks on a leash. Ask anyone at Animal House about this little girl and you will likely hear descriptions like "diva" or "princess." Bridget is currently the resident house cat and can usually be found hanging out in the hallway of the Pussycat Lounge where she gets the VIP treatment. Because her beautiful long hair became matted, she had to get a haircut and now looks like a mini lioness! If you would like to adopt your very own "prima donna," come to Animal House at 3516 Newburg Road, or call 502-473-7387. Bridget's Pet ID number is A440261.

Gizmo is a 4-year-old Lhasa Apso and he's past the puppy sillies. He's a laid-back boy with an easy-going attitude. He's friendly with other dogs and he's very comfortable meeting new humans. Gizmo will need regular grooming, though, and his haircut right now is not award-winning. A little TLC, though, and this boy will show you how gorgeous a purebred Lhasa Apso can be. If you would like to contact Metro to ask about this dog, it is very helpful if you have the ID number (A470233) handy. Thanks!

Gulliver is a seven-month-old English Bulldog/Beagle mix. Who knew those two breeds would combine to make such a cutie? Gulliver is very happy and very strong. He will need leash work so that he doesn't end up pulling you down the sidewalk on your walk. Gulliver is happy, friendly, and will make a good buddy. He has a big personality and a stubborn streak, so life with Gulliver will be an adventure. If you would like to contact Metro to ask about this dog, have the ID number (A469822) handy.
