    Bit to Do

Jazz  music and a yard sale are not the normal pairing – not yet.

But the Park Duvalle neighborhood off of Algonquin Parkway hopes to help change that this weekend.

Building on a concept created last year that involved residents unloading their extra stuff in the typical summer tradition, the Park DuValle Property Owners Association has added music and festivities to the selling this time around to create the Park DuValle Yard Sale and Jazz Festival.

The fun happens Saturday with yard sales running from 8am-2pm and performances from the UofL Jazz Department happening from 3pm-5pm.
Want to participate? Enter The Villages of Park DuValle (1800 Russell Lee Boulevard) off Algonquin Parkway to get your map of sales and then meet across from the clubhouse on Russell Lee Boulevard at 3pm for the music. Food vendors will even be on hand so you can grub while you groove.

Get any more details you desire by calling Ralph at (502) 262-5068.
