Come see the gorgeous Saddlebred horses with the long flowing manes and tails as they display their ultra elegant gaits when they compete in such classes as Five Gaited, Three-Gaited, Fine Harness, Saddlebred Pleasure, Saddlebred Equitation, Hackney/Harness Ponies, Roadster Ponies, Roadster Horses in Freedom Hall during the World’s Championship Horse Show (WCHS) at the Kentucky State Fair.
Spectators from all over the world will come to watch approximately 2000 horses compete for more than one million dollars in premiums. The World’s Championship Horse Show has been in existence for 109 years and has grown to become one of the most respected horse shows in the world.
Tickets for this show go on sale on Monday, June 25, 2012. Ticket prices and special discounts are as follows:
August 19-23, 6:30 pm, $13.00 Advance Sales*, $17.00 after August 15
August 24, 6:30 pm, $19.00 Advance Sales*, $25.00 after August 15
August 25, 7:00 pm, $19.00 Advance Sales, $25.00 after August 15
*Advance session seating (Upper level seats only) and advanced gate admission must be purchased by midnight, Wednesday, August 15, 2012. Tickets are available at Freedom Hall Ticket Office and all Ticketmaster outlets. Call 1-800-745-3000 or visit the Ticketmaster website here to purchase tickets using ticketFast. Week long reserved seat ticket with one gate admission per session is $198.00 plus $7.00 postage and handling. For weekly reserved seats call 1-800-231-8085. All prices include facility fee.

You can also watch free morning performances at 9:00 am Monday, August 20 through Friday, August 25 with paid gate admission to the Kentucky State Fair. Seating for this is in the upper level of Freedom Hall.
