The first ever beer fest and tasting will take place on Saturday, June 6 from 2pm-6pm in Jeffersontown. The event, called Summer Craft Beer Fest, is the first of this kind to be held in J-town, and is being organized by The Chamber Jeffersontown. It will be held in the Jeffersontown Pavilion in the heart of the Gaslight Square district, located at 10434 Watterson Trail. The event will give beer enthusiasts and novices alike a chance to explore local and regional brews. Attendees will sip from samples of a selection of 50 beers, ciders & local wines. There will also be live entertainment and food to enjoy.
3rd Turn Brewing, which recently announced it is moving into a more historic space in the heart of downtown Jeffersontown at 10408 Watterson Trail, will be at the craft beer fest to meet and greet with customers and residents of Jeffersontown. I'm pretty excited to see this restaurant and brewery take root in J-town and look forward to speaking to them about their presence in the Louisville beer scene.

-This is a ticketed event, and will take place rain or shine. No refunds. You must be 21 years of age to purchase a ticket and enter the gate. No children, dogs or outside alcohol.
-Tickets are $35 in advance and include a tasting card and commemorative glass.
