    StageOne Family Theatre announces its 68th season with new plays, a young adult movie series, and a new membership program. The expanded season of mainstage productions kicks off on October 11 with Petite Rouge, a Cajun Red Riding Hood. It continues with the holiday tradition of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, the world premiere of And In This Corner… Cassius Clay, and the favorite Lilly’s Purple Plastic Purse. All shows will take place at the Kentucky Center.

    The Mainstage Series is as follows:

    Petite Rouge, a Cajun Red Riding Hood

    October 11, 18*, 25, and November 1

    2:00 p.m.

    The Best Christmas Pageant Ever

    December 6*, 13, and 20

     2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

    And In This Corner… Cassius Clay

    January 19

    1:00 p.m.

    January 24* and February 14

    2:00 p.m.

    January 31 and February 7

    2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

    Lilly’s Purple Plastic Purse

    May 9* and 16 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

     

    *These are Sensory Friendly Performances for patrons with Autism or other Sensory Sensitivities

    StageOne will also offer their Pre-K “Storytellers” program as a season offering. Both of these programs will be a part of the new StageOne Family Theatre Membership program. This membership provides patrons with an unlimited amount of visits to StageOne for a bundled price and special offers and discounts to various Kentucky Center events. More information on the membership program is available here, or patrons can call 502-498-2436. Group rates are also offered to parties of twelve or more.
