Did the hot dogs and hamburgers on 4th of July leave you disappointed? The Bristol in Jeffersonville is celebrating France's national holiday, Bastille Day, with a special three-course menu that sounds much better than the food Americans celebrate our national holiday with.

The menu includes entrees like Fish Provencal and Steak Marchands de Vin, which range in price from $18-24. A French fromage course is also offered. For dessert, they're having Savarin, a rum-soaked cake with berries and creme. All items on the menu are offered a la carte.

And what would a dinner celebrating French heritage be without wine? Each menu item has a suggested French wine pairing that can be ordered by the glass or bottle. If you want to try several wines on the menu, flights of 4 2-ounce glasses are $8.

The menu will be offered nightly starting tomorrow, July 14 until July 25.  For reservations, call the Jeffersonville Bristol at 812-218-1995.
