If you haven't already heard, To Sir With Love is an Abbey Road on the River event welcoming Paul McCartney to Louisville. To Sir With Love will run from October 24th through the 26th, the weekend before McCartney's rescheduled October 28th show at the KFC Yum! Center.
Abbey Road on the River has been steadily releasing information regarding the event via their Facebook page. To Sir With Love will take place at the Galt House and the upper level of the Belvedere, which will be covered by a giant tent to protect patrons from the elements. Many ticket options will be available including options with meet and greets and private concerts. Tickets will go on sale July 1st for both To Sir With Love and Abbey Road on the River 2015. Ticket prices have been released on Abbey Road on the River's website with general admission starting at just $29. There will also be a pre-party before Paul McCartney's concert on October 28th. Performing bands include Peter Asher, Denny Laine, Laurence Juber, The Jukebox, BritBeat, Johnny Heywood of Wingsbanned, SixtyFour, the Blue Meanies, and the Cryers.
