    Shakespeare in all of its glory...or at least the abridged version of it.  Kentucky Shakespeare Festival will open its summer season with performances of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) tomorrow.

    Performances of The Complete Works will take place beginning June 7 and will run every day, except for Mondays, until June 26.  A pre-show will occur at 7:30 p.m. while the actual show goes on at 8:30 p.m.  All performances will happen in Central Park, located in the Old Louisville section near the corner of 4th and Magnolia Streets.  

    The show is free for everyone, but this is an outdoor event so bring appropriate supplies.  More information on the show can be found at the Kentucky Shakespeare Festival webite.  

    The Complete Works of Shakespeare (Abridged) will present all of Shakespeare's works, comedy, tragedy, sonnets, etc.  The catch is only three actors will use only 90 minutes to present the works.  

    Following The Complete Works, Kentucky Shakespeare Festival will present As You Like It, which will open on June 28.
