The Pass, who just always seem to be making news, announced so many things yesterday. They have a new song out called "The Future." They have a new EP out on December 9. They are playing an EP release show at Zanzabar (as well as other dates in Cincinnati, Boston, New York City, and more).
With each song by The Pass, you can tell right off the bat that the hook is going to really set the tone and the first ten seconds of "The Future" with some quick and spunky guitar work, immediately, you know you'll be dancing.
This new track says more rock band than '80s synth band especially the spectacular, soaring guitar solo midway through the track. The Pass continue their trend of making their kind of dance rock that is at the same time both playful and sexy. I still don't know why these guys need day jobs...
"The Future" leads the way for a busy rest of the year as they have a new EP called "High Road" to be released December 9.
They will celebrate the EP with a release show on December 6 at Zanzabar with Twenty First Century Fox and a few more guests.
