    Sunday (10/25) -

The Lone Bellow with Anderson East presented by 91.9 WFPK

Each time The Lone Bellow comes through town they absolutely blow everyone away. Seriously, their previous two SOLD OUT Headliners shows were some of the best of the year. We expect this to be no different. This group has become known for being incredible live - check out our reviews of their previous stops in town as proof - and they are quite easily one of our favorite sing-a-long bands. They have brought WFPK’s first ever artist in residency along, Anderson East, which will definitely get the crowd warmed up for TLB. You won’t be able to help grabbing a partner and dancing to his smooth songs.

    Tuesday (10/27) -

    Rob Thomas

    Dudes, it’s Rob Thomas!

    Mat Kearney Just Kids Tour

Tuesday’s lineup is definitely a night of throwbacks. Mat Kearney’s pop-folk style has been loved by many for the last decade, including highlights on some of your favorite TV shows. He has a new album out, Just Kids, that was released this year and will likely be the focus on this Tuesday night Mercury Ballroom show.

    Wednesday (10/28) -

    The Districts, Sun Club

This band of young gents has had one hell of a 2015. The Philly-based band, The Districts, has everything that you love in an indie rock band. I’ve been looking forward to this one for a while, after hearing they were coming through Zanzabar. Even though it is Wednesday, we need to show out for these guys.

    Thursday (10/29) -

Lettuce with special guest Break Science

If you’re looking for some innovative funk-jazz and an energizing show, this is most definitely your spot.

    Friday (10/30) -

Yonder Mountain String Band with Henhouse Prowlers

Bluegrass jammers will flock to Headliners for Yonder Mountain String Band, mark my words. They were a special, unannounced guest this summer at ROMP out in Owensboro, playing basically until the sun came up. They’ve got some dedicated fans who will be ready to jam.

    Vanessa Carlton

Another 2000s favorite will be in town this week. The new mom with a new album will be providing an unique, intimate show at Zanzabar.

    Sundy Best

The super nice guys of Sundy Best are in town for two nights of mischief as they are recording their first ever live album. These guys are old friends and always know how to give crowds a good time, so I expect nothing less as they embark on a new endeavor with us all in tow.

    Saturday (10/31) - HALLOWEEN!!!

ZBar Halloween: Nicotine and Gravy: The Music of Beck with Curio Key Club and special guests Cheyenne Mize and Meg Samples

I don’t even really know what to think of this. And sorry guys, Beck is not actually going to be playing Zanzabar - that was definitely a false little rumor that got started.

Bella Muerte: A Halloween Masquerade Ball with Sidewalk Chalk, Tigermite and Nellie Pearl

Chicago’s Sidewalk Chalk has become a Louisville favorite over their multiple stops here, probably because of their satisfying combination of musical styles. They’re heading out to Portland’s Tim Faulkner Gallery for a fun evening.

    Sundy Best

Night two, you know how it do.

Thriller! - A Tan Line Sexy Spooktacular

Tony and The Tan Lines are flat out a lot of fun. Mix in some Thriller! and Headliners will be ROLLING.

Haymarket Halloween featuring White Reaper (70s Covers) and The Pass (80s Covers)

I mean, this sounds pretty interesting…maybe even a little scary? We all know that both of these bands like to party, and with it being Halloween and all, this will likely be over the top.
