The Southern Indiana Metaphysical Network (totally a real thing) is sponsoring a fundraiser for Hand-in-Paw Rescue on January 24, 2014 at Perkfection Cafe (359 Spring St., Jeffersonville) this Friday from 4 – 8 p.m. There will be card readings, chakra and crystal work, and best of all…an RV full of adoptable puppies and dogs for you to visit.
Hand-in-Paw Rescue is a Louisville-based rescue organization dedicated to pulling in pregnant and nursing dogs and orphaned puppies from local shelters and surrounding counties. They are non-breed specific, and their goal is to “stop the cycle of unwanted litters and to educated the public on the importance of spaying and neutering.”
