Last night, the southern Indiana county joined the New Albany City Council and Louisville Metro Council, which have already approved similar anti-tolling measure. - "St. Matthews has been granted a temporary waiver by the Federal Railroad Administration to stop noisy train horns from sounding at six railroad crossings in the city. CSX Transportation, which agreed to the waiver request by St. Matthews, has 21 days to stop blowing the horns, which have disturbed residents and businesses and provoked complaints."
