The event will feature beer and wine tastings from the BBC Tap Room, the Bluegrass Brewing Company, Cumberland Brews, Falls City Beer, Kentucky Ale, The New Albanian Brewing Company, Upland Brewing, and Lovers Leap Winery. There will also be giveaways, a silent auction, and live music from The Fervor, Slow Charleston and Appalatin. Complimentary rides will be provided by City Scoot after 7:30pm.

Tickets can be purchased at the door for $1 each, redeemable for food and beer (i.e. 1 ticket = 1 beer sample, 3 tickets = 1 full beer). LIBA will also unveil and distribute the new 2011 Summer Directory at the event.
“This event allows us to celebrate the things that make Louisville unique, and our local breweries and wineries are a big part of that,” says LIBA President Summer Auerbach. “You can’t find these businesses anywhere else in the world, and sharing a locally made drink is an excellent way to build community. Independent businesses in general are a major component of the fabric of our community.”
Sponsors include ValuMarket, Tina Ward-Pugh (9th District Councilwoman), Frankfort Avenue Business Association, LEO Weekly and Louisville Public Media.
