    The Fourth Annual Buy Local First Fair takes place this weekend from 2 until 6 p.m. at The Watertower located at 3005 River Road in Louisville.  The event, a celebration of locally owned businesses, will spotlight the work of over 100 local artisans, farmers and boutiques.  LIBA, the Louisville Independent Business Alliance, an organization aimed at boosting the local economy by highlighting local independent businesses, cohosts the event alongside Grasshoppers Distributing and the Louisville Visual Art Association.  The Buy Local First Fair will feature a children’s activity area, a battle of the chef’s competition, ValuMarket craft beer booths featuring local breweries, food and raffles.   Fair goers should expect an array of farmer’s market booths, local art vendors, and live music and should note that animals are not allowed to enter the event.    

    The Fourth Annual Louisville Buy Local First Fair will take place Sunday, May 20th from 2 until 6 p.m. at The Watertower, located at 3005 River Road in Louisville, Kentucky.  Admission is free and parking is 5-dollars.
