About Martin Bisi: Martin Bisi, has been an influential NY musician since the 80s, not only with his own songs and musical creations, but also recording classic albums by Sonic Youth, Material, Herbie Hancock (Rockit), Africa Bambaata, The Dresden
Dolls, Swans, John Zorn, Helmet, White Zombie, Cop Shoot Cop, Foetus, Serena Maneesh and Ex-Models. In his own band, Martin Bisi [band], he plays guitar and sings. His new album veers between
moody, psychedelic, poppy and harder rock. The sound is mostly dense and rich in instruments and multiple vocals, but then also edgy and quirky.

His new album, Sirens Of The Apocalypse, was released in February on Contraphonic Records in the US, and Danse Macabre in Europe.

Parlour is described as follows (we just couldn't find anything more colorful that this): “What began in the mid-90s as the one-man multi-instrumental sound experiments of Crain founder Tim Furnish has now morphed into a thrilling 7- headed beast that spits out adrenaline-steeped jams like a dragon spits fire. Equally indebted to the driving rhythms of the late 70's German underground, the melodic guitar skree of Sonic Youth and the aquatic explorations of Jaques Cousteau documentaries, Parlour are a fresh burst of nervous energy and ambitious precision. “

Sapat continues the stream of unique Louisville bands that are creating a new sound for the city.  One of Louisville’s most notable and ever-changing avant-garde rock bands, Sapat, they'll make their debut on Glassworks rooftop. With over 70 musicians playing with the band over the past years, it is always exciting to witness who will be performing with this uniquely talented and diverse collective.
