As you may recall, I love the French Indo Canada food truck. Since the weather has grown inhospitable to eating on the sidewalk, they’ve been teaming up with Seidenfaden’s Cafe to run a Sunday brunch which I’ve previously reported on.
This Sunday, February 2nd will be your last opportunity to get French Indo Canada’s food - they’re done after that outing. Included on the menu for this last go is the actual truck itself - $12,000 and you can take possession of the whole kit and caboodle.
I’ll be sad to see them go - their poutine is out of this world, and is also veggie friendly if you want it served that way. I absolutely enjoyed the personality that Bobby Ross and his menu brought to the Louisville food truck scene, and they’ll be sorely missed.
Head out to Seidenfaden’s Cafe this Sunday for one last chance to experience the best poutine this side of the Canadian border, and be sure to pass Louisville’s best wishes off to the crew of French Indo Canada. Tip your hat and give these guys some credit as they bow out of the local food truck scene - thanks for the good eats.
