    While you're out and about these last two days before the Kentucky Derby on Saturday, May 2, go in search of a food truck to enjoy a bite to eat. Great for the Louisville locals and visitors alike! Here's a rundown of where they are setting up to serve today and tomorrow (Thursday April 30 and Friday May 1).
