    While you're out and about these last two days before the Kentucky Derby on Saturday, May 2, go in search of a food truck to enjoy a bite to eat. Great for the Louisville locals and visitors alike! Here's a rundown of where they are setting up to serve today and tomorrow (Thursday April 30 and Friday May 1). Add some unique flavors and flair to your Pegasus Parade and Oaks Days.
