Have a hungry dad craving a hardy meal? Treat him to a “manly meal” at Proof on Main, located in Louisville’s 21c Museum Hotel. Proof’s own Chef Michael Paley is offering a gourmet three-course meal this Father’s Day for $45 and, if dad’s extra thirsty, $20 for an extra flight of Old Grandad bourbon. Chef Paley has been with Proof on Main since the restaurant opened in 2006 and will be relocating to the 21c in Cincinnati this fall. Catch him while you can and see what makes this chef so sought after! The meal will be available from 5:30-10 on Sunday. Check out Proof’s website here for a full Father's Day menu.
Have an adventurous dad, looking to take a trip? Why not take a trip across the Bourbon Trail? Learn how bourbon is made and a little bit of Kentucky’s history on this educational tour. Treat dad to a little time with you this Father’s day at one of these special events. If he isn’t the bourbon drinking, hardy-meal eating type, there is always a Bats game. The Louisville Bats will be hosting the Rochester Red Wings on Louisville Slugger Field at 6:05 on Father’s Day. Corbetts and Varanese also have Father’s day brunches and specials available for the holiday.
