    Dracula Returns

Break out the crucifix and the garlic.

    "Dracula" is back.

The fall favorite for Louisvillians, is once again making an appearance on the Actors Theatre stage, bringing with it several familiar faces. William McNulty reprises his roles as both the director of the production and Van Helsing, and Marc Bovino returns for his eighth season as Renfield.

But this year's production, an adaptation of the classic tale by Bram Stoker, will have plenty of new blood as well. Local child actors Chandler Baker and Mary Charles Miller will rotate performances, and Dylan Chalfry claims the title role.

"Dracula" runs now through November 1, with several special performances scheduled, including an audio described performance on September 20 and an open captioned performance on October 24.

Tickets for the production, sponsored by Fifth Third Bank, can be purchased online or by calling the Actors Theatre box office at 502.584.1205. "Dracula" is recommended for audiences ages 11 and up.
