The Santaland Diaries will take place on Dec. 7, 8, 15, and 18 at 7:30 p.m. each night. A show on Dec. 11 will go on at 5:30 p.m., and a show on Dec. 17 will happen at 5 p.m. All shows will be performed at Bunbury Theatre, located in the Henry Clay Building at 604 S. Third Street near downtown Louisville.
Tickets for each show are $21 for adults, $18 for senior citizens, and $15 for tickets. Tickets can be purchased at the box office or at the Bunbury Theatre website.
Ted Lesley performs the one-man show The Santaland Diaries as an out-of-work slacker who takes a job as an elf in a department store for the holidays. The days are either boring or frustrating, the Santas either drunk or disinterested, until a Santa comes along that changes the slacker's perspective on things.
During Santaland's run, Bunbury is also presenting A Hanukkah Christmas with Klurman and Goldstein. That show will run untili Dec. 18.
