Three sisters look to reshape their futures despite struggles in the production Crimes of the Heart, which will open on Thursday.
Crimes of the Heart performances will go on March 31, April 1, 2, 6-9, and 13-16 at 7:30 p.m. each night.
Matinee shows will take place on April 3, 10, and 17 at 2 p.m. each day.
All shows will occur at Bunbury Theatre, located in the third floor of the Henry Clay Building at 604 South Third Street in downtown Louisville.
Tickets for each show are are $21 general admission, $18 for seniors 65 years and over, $16 for students (after showing ID), and $10 for children 12 years and under.
Tickets can be purchased online at the Bunbury website or at the box office day of show.
Crimes of the Heart is a comedy-drama centered on three McGrath sisters who are trying to establish futures for themselves while also waiting on news of their grandfather, who is passing away in a hospital.
Lenny, the eldest of the sisters, is seeking marriage, even though she's 30 and facing fewer options.
Meg, meanwhile, attempts to find direction following a singing career that went nowhere.
Also, Babe, has just gotten out on bail after initially being jailed for shooting her husband.
The show's McGrath sisters include Mera Kathryn Corlett as Lenny McGrath, Madison Dunaway as Meg McGrath, and Laura Obenauf as Babe Botrelle.
Other cast members include Raquel Cecil as Chick Boyle, Brantley Dunaway as Doc Porter, and Neil Brewer as Barnette Lloyd.
Following Crimes of the Heart, Bunbury Theatre and Amanda Rountree will present The Good, The Bad, and The Monkey, which deals with Routree's comedic look on love, relationships, and dating.
That show will occur on April 29 and 30.
