    Bit to Do

    Sushi from Osaka

So, I went on a date the other night and was clearly feeling a little warm and fuzzy and romantic because I picked out the girliest sushi rolls on the menu at Osaka. The names were cute, but the rolls were powerfully delicious and were an excellent pair.

The Romantic Roll was filled with smoked salmon, crab, avocado, and cream cheese, then topped off with kiwi and a special sauce. It was a lovely combination of sweet and savory with a fresh, clean taste. My other choice, the Pink Lady Roll, was filled with avocado, cucumber, and spicy crab, then topped with steamed shrimp and a spicy sauce. Wrapped up in pink soy paper, it was very girly and very good.

Both rolls brought their own perfect elements to the party - heat, sweet, creamy, fresh - and those elements came together to make an ideal duo. I highly recommended the two ordered together.

    Right now. Go.
