That was the chatter this morning at Con Huevos, the Mexican breakfast and lunch spot at 2339 Frankfort Avenue that opened today. Located next to El Mundo and across from Ramiro’s Cantina, this 23-seat spot is cozy and patrons should expect a short wait to snag a seat, especially with the increasing number of sunny days.
The menu includes breakfast favorites Chipotle Poached Huevos and Chilaquiles con Huevos, and a selection of tacos and tortas for lunch. Con Huevos is a quick-service spot. When you arrive, place your order at the bar and take a seat. If there is a wait, the bar will take your name for the next available table. The space is ideal for groups of four or less.

Tuesday - Friday 7:30AM-2PM
Saturday - Sunday 8AM-3PM
Closed Mondays
