Saturday afternoon, over 80 children with special needs will take to the runway at duPont Manual for the 10th annual Kids Center Holiday Fashion Show, benefiting the Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies, located in the Kosair Charities Centre at 982 Eastern Parkway. Macy’s will be providing fashions for the young models, while community volunteers and cheerleaders from the school will escort each one down the catwalk.

Aside from the main event, holiday goodies and a silent auction will also be featured. Tickets for the Kids Center Holiday Fashion Show are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 6 through 12, with all proceeds going to the charity so that every child with special needs will not be denied access to the care they seek because of financial barriers. The family-friendly affair is sponsored by Stites & Harbison, Steel Technologies, Walmart and Papa John’s, and will take place at duPont Manual High School, located at 120 W. Lee St., between 2-4 p.m.

For more information on the holiday fashion show and for tickets, call 502-635-6397. Tickets can also be purchased at the door. For more information regarding the Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies, call the number above, or visit www.kidscenterky.org.
