    Louisville.com Game of the Night:

    • (3-22) Brown ended its four game losing streak by defeating (1-9) Walden 59-51 in 7th region action. The victory marked the Bears first true road win, as they lost their previous seven. Brown is also 2-11 competing at a neutral site on the season. It’s been a tough year for the two squads, as both Brown and Walden sit at the bottom of the 7th region. Brown has a mere 2 wins in region play and Walden is still winless deep into the season. Brown is back in action at home tomorrow against Evangel Christian. Walden takes on Riverside Christian this coming Saturday.

    Other games:

    • It was a tight one until the finish, but (14-12) Male defeated (15-11) Wayne County 64-58. Senior Zach Moran was a glass eater and go to player for the Male Bulldogs as he finished with a huge double, 21 points and 20 rebounds. The Bulldogs have heavily relied on Moran for his production and leadership and he has answered the call tremendously in the second half of the season. Male has won 5 out of their last 7 and with the win move to fifth place in the seventh region. Both teams are back in action this Friday as Male hosts Brown and the Wayne County Cardinals face Somerset at home.

    • (11-13) Christian Academy edged (4-18) Seneca 63-58.Christian Academy’s Logan Wade had the long ball cooking all night and finished with 23 points in the win. It wasn’t a blowout like their last two losses, but the losing streak reaches five games in a row for Seneca. The Redhawks will look to break through their funk and get a win Tuesday against Waggener. The Christian Academy Centurions are also in action Tuesday versus Eastern.
