BreyerFest is the ultimate destination for collectors of Breyer horse models and is held at the beautiful Kentucky Horse Park on July 19 - 21, 9am - 5 pm. This event celebrates the real horses that Breyer models depict. Some of these real horses will be present at the event for a meet and greet with fans. Denim and Diamonds is this year‘s event theme. BreyerFest will be featuring equestrian trick riding as well as famous equine appearances of Lyle Lovett’s palomino Quarter Horse Smart and Shiney. Top reiner Tim McQuay will be presenting Smart and Shiney who has been selected as the 2013 BreyerFest Celebration Horse. Each three-day ticket holder will go home with a gorgeous Breyer model of Smart and Shiney. The original model used for making Smart and Shiney’s celebration Breyer will be broken so only 3 day ticket holders of the event will be able to get one.
A Trade Fair and Breyer Store, a pop-up Boots & Bling gift shop, a crafts center, model horse displays and shows, meet and greets with special equine guests, charity auctions and raffles, pony rides, a petting zoo and wandering circus performers will be featured.
Eastern Regional Splash Dogs Trials and Championships will also be taking place during BreyerFest Denim and Diamonds event. Splash dog competitions attract the best and farthest flying dock diving dogs from across the country! Dog dock diving is one of the most exciting new sports for handlers and their dogs! Pets compete for distance, diving from a dock into a 40 ft. pool surrounded by cheering fans. The Championships will be held on Sunday.
A BreyerFest ticket purchase includes admission to the Kentucky Horse Park. BreyerFest has a separate admission ticket.
