Two local establishments have teamed up to offer Louisvillians a delicious night out on Frankfort Avenue. On August 12, Varanese Restaurant will host a four-course dinner paired with beers from Against the Grain Brewery.
Since February 2013, Varanese has often hosted wine and beer dinners, and they’ve been a hit with guests.
“They will continue until no one comes anymore,” said Jennifer Montgomery, a spokesperson for the restaurant. “Right now—they are very popular!”
That sad, tickets are $55 and don’t include tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (502) 899-9904 or emailing letsdine@varanese.com.
A reception starting at 6:30 will highlight ATG’s Brettish Bulldog Old Ale, and from there:

Bay and Pepper your Bretts Saison Ale
