    J. Nicolle Salon & Spa is located downtown on Market St, in the heart of New Albany, which recently moved from its former location in Sellersburg, Ind. J. Nicolle is a very chic Aveda Concept Salon, and provides hair design, extensions, hair color, manicures, pedicures, facials, massage, body waxing, makeup services and lash extensions. Upon arrival, the friendly staff greets you and gets you checked in quickly.

    The “Diana: A Celebration” exhibit arrived at the Frazier Museum in September, just after the 15 year anniversary of her death, and will be there through January 13, 2013. The exhibit includes videos, photos and objects that embody Diana’s life. Visitors will get to see Diana’s life from a young child, to school-aged, athlete and the shy Kindergarten teacher who charmed Prince Charles.; the stunning bride, incredible mother, daughter and sister; and the humanitarian who touched the lives of people all around the world.

    Les Filles Boutique, meaning “The Girls,” is a women’s accessories boutique. The store is a mix of a boutique and gallery setting. Les Filles sells hair accessories, handbags, accessories, handcrafted and artisan jewelry. In 2009, owners Cathy Akright and Melissa Murphy-Willis opened the boutique in The Westport Village Shopping Center.
