Election Day has arrived, say goodbye to all of the campaign ads, speeches and constant phone calls. There are two candidates with various issues. People may disagree on politics, but a common ground for everyone is fashion. Behind the candidates, there are two leading ladies, Michelle Obama and Ann Romney.

Obama’s style is very chic and classy. Her confidence is contagious, and affordable wardrobe is easily replicated. J. Crew, Gap and Talbots are brands she mixes with more expensive items . Obama’s outfits include bright colors and bold patterns, including royal blue.

Romney’s style is classic and fashionable. She routinely wears bright dresses, paired with sweaters and blazers. Romney adds a major accessory, such as a chunky necklace to each outfit she wears. She has sported high-end brands, Diane Von Furstenberg and Oscar de la Renta.

Both have had fashion glory moments and missteps, but remain fashion forward and classy on the campaign trail. The biggest thing I will miss from campaign season is the fierce fashion. You can get similar looks to Obama and Romney at Francesa’s in the Oxmoor Mall or visit their website, http://www.francescas.com/ . Rock the vote!
