Ballard's Quentin Snyder is one of the top players nationally in the class of 2014 and college coaches are starting to take notice. Over the weekend the 6-foot-1 point guard picked up his first scholarship offer.

Western's Ryan Taylor is having a very nice senior season. The 6-foot-6 University of Louisville commit is averaging 24 points and 13 rebounds per game. This week Taylor and his teammates are playing in the Gaslight Holiday Classic at Jeffersontown. I caught up with Taylor at the tournament.

Bullitt East's Derek Willis is one of the top young players in the state. The 6-foot-8 sophomore has improved tremendously since last season and he has the potential to be a special player. Trinity's Darryl Hicks is sitting out this season after transferring from Shelby County but that hasn't stop college coaches from pursuing the 6-foot-4 shooting guard. I caught up with Hicks last week at the King of the Bluegrass.
