Out besting a field of phenomenal contestants, Centre College student and Louisville local, Julie Springate, captured the title of Miss Jefferson County 2012 in Louisville, KY on Saturday, October 15, 2011.
The Miss Jefferson County Organization to host its annual scholarship pageant. The pageant will take place at the Ursuline Arts Center located at 3105 Lexington Road, Louisville, KY 40206. On Saturday, October 15 at 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Admission is $15.00.
