Check out this brand new yoga location in Nulu during their open house where they are offering three workshops throughout the day on Saturday, February 1, beginning at 12pm. You Do Yoga comes to the Louisville area after having success in the Cincinnati area for the past five years.
They are offering three workshops during their grand opening celebration this weekend. From 12pm-3pm there will be a community open house, with a question and answer format to follow. Refreshments will be served after a yoga class at noon. From 4pm-6pm, the yoga gurus will host a session entitled "acrojammin". This session is a combination of acrobatics, yoga, and thai massage. Sounds really groovy! Then, beginning at 7pm, enjoy a beginner's yoga class and a sample of a local homebrew beverage.
You're invited to come check any or all of the workshops. Donations are requested. Raffle tickets will be given throughout the day for a chance to win the grand prize giveaway filled with great prizes.
