Cracker with Happy Chichester
Hard-edged rock music and twangy country music are both styles that Cracker’s two co-founders, David Lowery and Johnny Hickman, have embraced to some degree on nearly every one of their studio albums over the last two decades. On Berkeley To Bakersfield, however, instead of integrating these two genres together within one disc, they’ve neatly compartmentalized them onto their own respective regionally-titled LPs.

The Benefits Firm Annual Golf Scramble
Proceeds from the scramble will benefit Kosair Charities and the West End School. This afternoon scramble has a tee time of 2 p.m. with registration between 11:30 - 1:30 p.m. Breakfast and/or lunch is available during the registration period, with snacks and drinks served throughout the scramble. Your registration fee includes greens fees, golf cart, lunch, refreshments on the course and a dinner reception. There will also be an after party at a location to be determined. Prizes are awarded for Top Three Teams, Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin. Don’t have a foursome? Don’t worry! You can register as an individual player or as a team of two or three.

Varanese Brings Bourbon to the Beach
Varanese Restaurant is partnering with Maker's Mark and taking bourbon to the beach in conjunction with the F.A.T. Friday Trolley Hop. The event will include an outdoor tiki tent, drink specials and beach decorations. The tropical drink specials include a Pineapple Basil Smash with honey roasted pineapple, basil, tea, agave nectar and Maker's Mark for $8 and a Summer Shandy with Maker's Mark, orange juice, a lager or light beer, ginger beer and an orange slice for $8. Attendees will be able to ride free trolleys during the hop, running along Frankfort Avenue from Cannons Lane to River Road.

SONICBernheim: Blue Moon
SONICBernheim is a site-specific lecture/performance series exploring the relationships between sound, music, and nature. This audio event takes place in nature by the light of the second full moon of the month! The program features a short lecture by people exploring different aspects of sound followed by experimental sound performances by regionally acclaimed sound artists.

From Lemons to Lemonade Block Party
Join The Center For Women and Families for an old-fashioned summertime block party. Enjoy a free glass of lemonade, grab a bite to eat from the Food Trucks, stroll the booths and enjoy musical stage performances as the center celebrates its return to its 2nd street home and partners with its non-profit neighbors to highlight the amazing community work taking place all around The Center.

Reach Out for Kosair Kids
Reach Out is hosted by Willie 94.1 and the Glasgow Shrine Club. This event has free activities for kids, rain or shine. The parade will kick off at 8:30 a.m. (CST), and activities will begin at 9:00 am (CST), and all proceeds raised benefit Kosair Kids. Most activities will be held indoors in the air-conditioned convention center. New activities for 2015: Mini Cheerleading, Mini Basketball Clinic, Live Auction, Silent Auction, Womanless Beauty Pageant, Antique Tractor and Car Show, Karaoke, Kids Activities, Cake Walk, Scavenger Hunt, Hearts for Kids, Zaxby’s Wing Chomp, Hot Wheels Race, Mascots 15-Minute Door Prize Giveaways and Kids’ Prize Giveaways. There will be prizes such as an XBoxOne, XBox360, 12 bicycles, four tricycles, two portable basketball goals and much more!

Live History Play at Lanier Mansion
Come join the young maid Mary on a journey through the Lanier Mansion, and help her solve a long-hidden mystery that leads to a surprising treasure. Part fact, part fiction, Live History is a unique way to tour one of the most impressive homes in Indiana. The one hour performances will be held at 10:30, 2:30, 5:30 and 7:30.

Strivefest 2015 at La La Land
La La Land is a place where dreams come true!! Strive is turning our favorite local recording studio into a wonderland of fun for all ages! Downtown Louisville Food Tour
A progressive walking food tour of the Downtown Area. We'll combine a little history, a dash of local culture and some of the best food Louisville has to offer into a fun and memorable experience. All food and drinks are provided. The tours are approximately 3 hours long and we casually walk about 1.2 miles.

Jamaican Independence Celebration

Louisville Fresh Fest
The Fresh Fest is the defining old-school hip-hop music festival in Louisville Kentucky, held on The Belvedere, that combines the four elements of hip-hop culture: dance, art, dee-jaying and emceeing! This is the 3rd Annual Louisville Fresh Fest and will feature Rakim, Das Efx, Keith Murray and more! B-Boy crew KEF will be performing.

Dancing With the Stars Live!
Hosted by Dancing with the Stars All-Stars champion Melissa Rycroft, the ‘Perfect Ten Tour’ is bringing a one-of-a-kind touring production to the Louisville Palace. Kicking off this summer, Dancing with the Stars: Live! features the faces you know and love including pro dancers Witney Carson , Valentin Chmerkovskiy, Artem Chigvintsev, Peta Murgatroyd, Emma Slater, and troupe dancers Alan Bersten, Brittany Cherry, Sasha Farber and Jenna Johnson. The dancers are unleashed in the 90-minute action packed live show, produced by Faculty Productions in association with BBC Worldwide, treating audiences to exciting and romantic performances, from choreography never before seen on the show, to some of the most memorable numbers from all ten years of Dancing with the Stars.

GrateVille Dead – A Tribute to 50 Years & Jerry Garcia’s BirthdayContinuing the celebration for the Grateful Dead’s 50th Anniversary and Jerry Garcia’s Birthday will be the inaugural festival “GrateVille Dead” with tribute sets from Louisville’s finest musicians. The festival will feature local musicians as well as the headlining #1 Bluegrass act hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio, The Rumpke Mountain Boys.
