Celebrating its 60th anniversary, the St. James Court Art Show is a juried fine arts and fine crafts show that hosts an impressive 725 artists from North America. Held in the heart of historic Old Louisville among the country’s largest collection of Victorian homes, the St. James Court Art Show has for over five decades provided our neighborhood, city and state with a rich cultural and artistic legacy. Matthaüs | Zanzabar
Matthaüs is a new Chicago-based band focused on bringing a different musical aesthetic and style to venues and audiences with more pop sensibilities. The music strives to be challenging and inviting, visceral, intellectual, grand and humble. Matthaüs is led by musician and composer Ben Montalbano, and their first EP released in March.

Laser Radiohead Show | Rauch Planetarium

Grand Opening | Makers' Crucible

UnFair Art Show | Mag Bar
Founded in 1997, the annual UnFair Art Show is an institution in Old Louisville. Each year, thousands of art lovers come out to mingle among friends and imbibe vast quantities of beer and spirits, all while music and creativity fills the air. All art is local, affordable and ready-to-buy. Traditionally, the UnFair embraces vice and subversiveness. It is an art show for locals by locals that strives to exemplify Louisville culture during the St. James Court Art Show a block up the street. The eclectic mix of creative minds that participate includes a wide variety of styles and techniques.

Come early or come late! Bourbon Bash guests can expect tastings featuring Kentucky's finest bourbons and unique culinary pairings by Bobby Benjamin of Butchertown Grocery. And for the first time ever, there will be a very special Bourbon University tasting experience and game area. Throughout the evening, Bourbon Bash guests will interact with notable guest artists and one-time art experiences, and enjoy live music and DJ sets! Louder Than Life 2016 | Champions Park
Following a 2015 sellout with 50,000 in attendance, Louder Than Life returns to Champions Park near downtown Louisville this weekend for the third annual destination festival celebrating the region’s culture and cuisine! Nunnlea Craft Fair | Nunnlea Historic Home
This annual craft fair takes place at the Historic Nunnlea Home, which was built in 1860. The house will have artists in each room as well as on the front porch and in the front yard. The 50 craft artists will be offering a wide variety of quality handmade items including, jewelry, gourd art, fiber arts, glass, woodcrafts and pottery. Visitors to the craft fair are also invited to enjoy a special seasonal lunch at the Calico Café located inside the Nunnlea Historic Home. The menu will include a selection of gourmet sandwiches, soups and desserts.

5th Annual Canoemobile | Riverview Park
Join Louisville's Parks and Recreation and partners on guided canoe trips on the Ohio River! This event is designed for individuals and families who are new to canoeing, allowing them to experience the water in safe and stable voyageur canoes, which hold 10 to 15 people. A Big Screen Bash: Calling All Dappers & Flappers! | The Gillespie
Celebrate film characters of the roaring ‘20s! There will be signature cocktails and bourbon tastings, delicious hor d'oevres, a gourmet dinner, desserts from Cellar Door Chocolates, a photography station and music and dancing! The dress code is costume or cocktail. Each year, this event raises significant funds in support of the American Lung Association. Contributions help fund cutting-edge medical research, patient services, education and advocacy for public policy in support of the association's mission to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease.

Louisville Brewery Relay | BBC St. Matthews
Teams will relay to five different breweries in the downtown Louisville area. You may choose to run one or two loops, and the start and end point for each is BBC in St. Matthews. The route will take you through Apocalypse Brew Works, Falls City Brewing Co., Monnik Beer Co. and Great Flood Brewing Co. While one team member is running, the rest of the team may travel to the next exchange point via car. There, they will hand off at the exchange point and switch runners. Participating breweries will offer various samples, giveaways and beer specials. This relay will benefit Active Heroes. Support our local brewers and keep Louisville weird.

Tom Jones | Louisville Palace
Tom Jones became one of the most popular vocalists to emerge from the British Invasion. Since the mid-'60s, Jones has sung nearly every form of popular music. Pop, rock, show tunes, country, dance and techno – he's sung it all. His actual style – a full-throated, robust baritone that had little regard for nuance and subtlety – never changed. He just sang over different backing tracks.
