    Lunch & Learn with Stefan Sagmeister at Sullivan 
    Design icon Stefan Sagmeister will be speaking on why beauty matters at this lunch and learn event. Lunch and beverages included in ticket price Stefan Sagmeister formed the New York-based Sagmeister Inc. in 1993 and has since designed for clients as diverse as the Rolling Stones, HBO, and the Guggenheim Museum. Having been nominated eight times he finally won two Grammies for the Talking Heads and Brian Eno & David Byrne package designs.

    Bourbon and Bowties at Corbett’s
    The sixth annual Bourbon & Bowties will honor 3-year-old twins Clara and Wilson McGarvey. A Bird Dog Bay bow tie and an exclusive Bourbon & Bowties bangle designed in honor of Clara and Wilson will be available for purchase at the event. Hors d’oeuvres will be served from Louisville’s top chefs, along with music and an auction benefiting Kosair Children’s Hospital through the Children’s Hospital Foundation.

    Bring your appetite to the Clifton Center’s Annual Taste of Frankfort Avenue on Sunday, June 14 and enjoy sampling cuisine from 20 Frankfort Avenue neighborhood restaurants.     Bourbon by the Bridge in Waterfront Park
    Bourbon by the Bridge is a premiere bourbon tasting held at Waterfront Park below the Big Four Bridge. Angel’s Envy, Boundary Oak Distillery, Gruppo Campari (Wild Turkey and Russell’s Reserve) Brown-Forman, Four Roses, Heaven Hill Distilleries and Jefferson’s (Castle Brands) will provide tastings. There will be hors d’oeurves by The Catering Company and jazz music from John Scharfenberger and Band. All proceeds benefit Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of the River Region, which provides specialized volunteers to children who have experienced abuse and neglect in six regional counties. Admission includes unlimited bourbon tastings, hors d’oeuvres and one commemorative glass.

    Urban Expo Music Fest 2015 at the KFC Yum! Center
    The Urban Expo Music Fest returns to the KFC Yum!     Evening at Vincenzo’s Fundraiser for the Kentucky Derby Festival Foundation 
    Vincenzo and Agostino Gabriele will host their fourth annual “Evening at Vincenzo’s” fundraiser for the Kentucky Derby Festival Foundation, which develops projects that highlight the Festival’s influence on the area's cultural heritage. The benefit, which is open to the public, will include cocktails on the patio, followed by hors d’oeuvres, dinner and dessert. Proceeds from the event help the Foundation continue its mission of supporting charities around the community.Guests will be chosen from VIP tables to be “Guest Chef” or “Guest Sommelier” for the evening. The deadline for reservations is June 10. A portion of the ticket cost is tax-deductible.
