Tomorrow night, Steampunk and Mad Max collide for a night of masks, music and madness at Louisville Magazine's Mad Masquerade, presented by Four Roses Bourbon! DJ Brios will keep the music pumping all night, and at 10 p.m., Maestro J will take the stage for a special performance. CirqueLouis will debut their newest acts, and Spettra will provide the dazzling visuals for all of it.
VIPs get exclusive access to the mezzanine, a private bar/restrooms, a Four Roses bourbon tasting and complimentary hors d'oeuvres by SET at Theater Square!
Cocktail attire is recommended, but costumes are welcome! And of course, masks are encouraged. Must be 21+ to attend.

Reading and Book Signing with Lara Elena Donnelly | Carmichael's
This Friday, head to Carmichael's for a reading and book signing by Lara Elena Donnelly. Her fiction has won the Dell Magazine Award for Undergraduate Excellence in Science Fiction and Fantasy. Her debut novel, Amberlough, is a fantasy/espionage thriller in which a double-agent schemes to protect his smuggler lover during the rise of a fascist government coup.

Waiting for Godot | Alley Theater
In Samuel Becket’s classic existential exploration two men known as Vladimir and Estragon are waiting on a road by a lonely tree for a gentleman known only as Godot. Part of the play’s intrigue is the mystery of who these two gentlemen are and their relationship to the elusive Godot.

KT Tunstall | The Kentucky Center
Last year, KT Tunstall released her sixth studio recording, KIN, inspired by her journey of self-discovery and her new family of friends. This Saturday is the fourth annual Shakespeare in Love Gala, benefiting Kentucky Shakespeare! There will be live music from a DJ and the Jerry Tolson Trio. Asian New Year Dinner & Auction | Mellwood Arts Center
Asia Institute-Crane House will celebrate the kick-off of their 30th anniversary, and the Year of the Rooster at the annual Asian New Year Dinner & Auction. This year’s event will bring together six of Louisville's Asian and Asian American chefs under the direction of Chef Peng Looi of Asiatique and August Moon Chinese Bistro. StageOne Presents Newsies | The Kentucky Center
In this musical, homeless New York City newsboy Jack "Cowboy" Kelly befriends two newcomers to his trade, brothers David and Les Jacobs. When publisher Joseph Pulitzer sets new rules that make it harder for the young newspaper salesmen to make a buck, the boys go on strike. Bryan Denton, a journalist who's sympathetic to their plight, gives them some tips in public relations, as the newsboys' battle grips the city.

UofL's 80th Annual Fryberger Greek Sing | Louisville Palace
Created in 1937, the Fryberger honors Mrs. Agnes Moore Fryberger, a faculty member who taught music at UofL. Each year, members of campus sororities and fraternities compete in this unique singing competition. Groups focus their creativity into full-scale musical productions, complete with elaborate costumes and choreography.
